TQS thru' TQM" (Total Quality Service through Total Quality Management) AST is having vast and rich experience of about 35+ years. Quality control is a continuous process and AST focus is maintained by qualified engineers. A rigid vigilance is being maintained to ensure that quality products are being produced and sent out of the factory. Raw material is tested for chemical composition, tensile strength, elongation, thickness and tolerance. The pipes are subject to the Bend, Flattening Elongation and Tensile Tests to ensure weld strength. Products are tested Hydro static Test' each pipes tested at required pressure as applicable specification & customer required to ensure that there is no leakage. Galvanized pipes are tested for the uniformity of zinc coating. Each pipes checks visually under proper illumination for surface finish & dimensional check. All relevant Indian and International standard are being followed at the time of manufacturing to ensure that Right Product at Right Time is being delivered to its valuable customers, all over the world.
